✅ Havelock & Neil: Excellent coordinators. Treated us like family and provided very good support. ❌ Port Blair – Sea Deck: Room shown in the itinerary did not match the room provided. Customer concern was not handled properly. ❌ Port Blair – Shabaz: Poor communication and no response to repeated calls. Scuba refund issue was not handled professionally, and asking for a review before returning the money was disappointing. ⚠️ Overall Concern: Safety-related coordination and customer follow-up need improvement. A simple feedback call during the trip could have made a big difference. 🙏 Final Feedback: Andaman Bliss has good people working hard, but a few poor experiences can affect the company's reputation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
