We had a wonderful 7-day trip to the Andaman Islands with Andaman Bliss. Overall, the trip was a great experience, with beautiful destinations, enjoyable activities, and good arrangements. We truly enjoyed exploring the islands and creating memorable moments. I have just one suggestion for improvement regarding customer support during the trip. The coordinator, Shabaz, should be more reachable and respond to calls whenever assistance is required. At the time of booking, Murugan assured us that he would be available to help us at any point during the trip. Unfortunately, he did not respond to our calls when we needed assistance. Apart from this communication issue, we had a positive experience overall. I hope the team takes this feedback constructively and improves its on-trip support to make future customers' experiences even better. Thank you, Andaman Bliss, for helping us create beautiful memories in the Andaman Islands!
