⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honest Review of Andaman Bliss – Great Experience Overall, with Some Areas for Improvement We were two couples and booked our entire Andaman trip through Andaman Bliss. Overall, we had a satisfying experience, especially in Port Blair and Havelock Island. Here is my honest review based entirely on our personal experience. 1. Special Thanks to Protima A big shoutout to Protima from Andaman Bliss! She was excellent in terms of communication, coordination, and overall trip management. She was proactive, responsive, and supportive from the beginning until the end of our trip. She managed everything very well and deserves special appreciation for her efforts. 2. Hotel Experience - Port Blair – Sampat Regency: Excellent 3-star hotel with a very good overall experience. - Havelock Island – White Coral Beach Resort: Excellent stay; we were very satisfied. - Neil Island – Tango Beach Resort: An average experience compared with the other two hotels. Suggestion: Before booking, check the hotel reviews and photos on Google. If you are not satisfied with the options offered, discuss alternatives with the agency. 3. Coordination – Disappointing Experience on Neil Island Our experience with the coordinators and cab drivers in Port Blair and Havelock Island was excellent. They were polite, cooperative, and helpful throughout the trip. However, our experience with Ajit, the coordinator on Neil Island, was very disappointing. His behaviour came across as rude, and we did not feel we received the professional and welcoming assistance we expected. A coordinator should be approachable, polite, and helpful, especially when tourists depend on them for local arrangements. The cab driver, Sachin, also did not leave us with a positive impression. Overall, the coordination and support on Neil Island were noticeably below the standard we experienced at the other destinations. Andaman Bliss management, please take this feedback seriously and look into the local team's service quality on Neil Island. Based on our personal experience, I would suggest requesting an alternative coordinator if Ajit is assigned to your trip. 4. Ferry Recommendation If you enjoy open decks, scenic ocean views, music, and a lively atmosphere, consider Green Ocean 1. If you prefer enclosed, air-conditioned seating, you can explore Green Ocean 2 or Nautika, depending on availability and your preferences. 5. Check Every Package Inclusion Before Booking Always confirm exactly what is included in your package. For example, if a complimentary photoshoot is offered, ask how many photographs you will receive. For activities such as snorkelling, confirm availability and arrangements in advance. Also, check hotel categories, ferry facilities, transfers, sightseeing, and any additional charges. 6. Stargazing was also quite disappointing. We felt that the person coordinating the event did not provide much explanation or insight, and it did not hold our interest at all. It was, unfortunately, a complete waste of time. 7. Compliment photography in Radha nagar Beach - Always check on quantity of photos in 1 ID before booking. Final Verdict Overall, we had a good experience with Andaman Bliss, particularly in Port Blair and Havelock Island. The hotels were good, the local teams were supportive, and the trip was enjoyable. The main disappointment was the coordination on Neil Island, which needs improvement. Finally, a big thank you to Protima for managing our trip so well! Her communication and proactive support made a real difference to our overall experience. My advice to future travellers is to check all package inclusions carefully, review the hotels before confirming, and communicate your expectations clearly. I hope this review helps others plan their Andaman trip and helps Andaman Bliss improve its service further.
