I recently traveled to the Andaman & Nicobar Islands with a Honeymoon package (5 Days & 6 Nights) from Andaman Bliss, and honestly, my overall experience was wonderful. My wife is foreigner and her experience was fabulous. If we could give more than 5 stars, I would happily give them 10! First of all, I would like to especially appreciate my agent, Protima. She was extremely kind, patient, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire trip. The way she communicated with me felt more like talking to a friend than dealing with a travel agent. She always listened to my questions and preferences, gave them importance, and was ready to help whenever I needed anything. Furthermore, What I appreciated the most was that they genuinely kept the customer at the center of everything. They never tried to impose their itinerary or force me to follow a fixed plan. They first shared an itinerary with me, and when I told them that I wanted to change the order of the trips and activities, they listened carefully, replanned everything according to my preferences, and sent me an updated schedule. Here are few Examples, we had booked a candlelight dinner, but unfortunately, due to rain, it could not happen. Instead of making excuses, they simply refunded the full amount for the dinner. Another example, There was an unexpected emergency in an area, we were unable to visit one of the places that was planned. They could have simply said, “It's not our fault, there's nothing we can do.” But they didn't. They gave me the option of either taking a refund or visiting another place instead. I chose the alternative, and what made it even better was that instead of just replacing one place, they managed to provide me with two places to visit. I really appreciated that effort. I also have certain food allergies, and they were very accommodating about that. They communicated with the hotels and made sure that my food preferences and requirements were taken care of. The people I interacted with during the trip were also very nice, including the cab drivers and local representatives. One driver I particularly liked was Shiva and Kiran as well. I really appreciated the way the treated us and handled everything, so I specifically requested Andaman Bliss to arrange Shiva for my Port Blair trip as well. They listened to my request and arranged it for me. Overall, Andaman Bliss they don't simply sell you a package and expect you to follow their plan. They listen to what you want, make changes when needed, communicate properly, and try their best to make the trip comfortable for you. The pricing was very reasonable, while the quality of the services, cabs, cruises, hotels, coordination, and overall support was excellent. Thank you, Andaman Bliss, and especially Protima, for making my Andaman trip such a memorable experience. The bad Thing I felt was the complimentary snorkeling. In the package, snorkeling was mentioned as free, so naturally I expected a reasonable snorkeling experience. However, when we reached the activity location, we were told that the complimentary snorkeling was only for around 3–4 minutes. I was thinking like what tbe hell are you guys kidding..... It is not even enough for a first-time person to get comfortable in the water and understand the activity. So, if complimentary snorkeling is mentioned, then be aware of this, they are just selling it. And it would be better to clearly ask and confirm the exact duration in the package. Apart from this one point, everything else about my experience was fabulous.
