We had a very good experience with Andaman Bliss for our ground arrangements during our Andaman trip. The team was extremely customer-friendly and supportive throughout. A special thanks to Sumesh (Havelock), David (Port Blair) and Priya (coordination) for being responsive, approachable and ensuring things ran smoothly on the ground. That said, there are a couple of areas where consistency could be improved. On a few occasions, cab wait times were communicated as 10-15 minutes but drivers seemed to be handling multiple assignments and kept extending ETAs in short intervals, eventually arriving 30-40 minutes later. This added some anxiety especially with a ferry to board or when there was a sudden downpour. Also, the complimentary photoshoot at Radhanagar Beach felt like a marketing gimmick with too many families and only one photographer who didn’t seem very engaged ans we had to skip it. Overall, a well-managed and customer-focused experience with just a few areas that could be fine-tuned further.
