I had 7nights/8days package Why 3 star? Visit for baratang - had booked for big car but was provided small car (ps even the A/C was not working), tried to complaint to different levels of company, but seems everyone is busy doing only there assigned work - eg local tour operator didn't reply to it , emergency number provided by company told will get back but never called back and i finally get message to give review, so writing this. Why the rest 3 star? - bcz rest of the 6 days management and ground staff who helped with hotel check-in and pickups were good. I don't really know if i would recommend this to someone.
